Don't they have that so the staff can make sure you have legitamite reasons for deleting posts? And in case you don't they'll disable you from deleting posts?

How could you have illegitimate reasons for deleting a post?

SuperMillionaire once had a thread in General Gaming where he wanted input on a crossover game he was going to make (you know, like 95% of his threads) and he kept deleting his last post and reposting it without any new information or content, just to bump it. An illegitimate reason.
