Hiasha
June 13th 5:00 PM Kyoto, Japan
Hiasha was walking home from dance practice with a few friends, chatting about life in general. As her apartment came into view, Hiasha bid farewell to her friends and unlocked the door. As hiasha grabbed her mail, her necklace grew cold.
"Wha?" She exclaimed as she dropped the letters in shock. She then grabbed her necklace, and it felt as if heat was being sucked into the metal and the light blue gem inside.
"It's probably nothing. Now to get my mail." Hiasha said as she picked up her mail and unlocked her door. She entered the apartment and toom off her shoes, and threw the mail onto the counter.
"Bills, Bills, you can win 1 billion yen, just mail me your credit cards, more bills... anything interesting today. And thats when Hiasha's eyes fell onto a small letter with no stamp. She opened the letter, and couldn't believe her eyes. She jumped up and dialed her mother, still carefully rereading the contents.
"Mother! I was invited to the united dance tournament in San Francisco. They even gave me a plane ticket from Tokyo international Airport, first class. I just had to tell you, be sure to watch the contest on TV. I'll be sure to win for the family of Toene."
In her exitement, Hiasha packed her stuff into a bag, including her staff/spear. It was a gift from Grandpa, and she couldn't be too careful in America. She then called a taxi and began her trek to America.
