well i think seifer was stronger at the start, but then squall got alot more stronger as the story unfolded.
I agree with that, i also think Squall and Seifer are a lot like Luke Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker, Seifer is more aggressive and strong! But Squall has as much quality and he controls it better.
