The next chapter is suppose to go more in depth on how he teaches but ATM I might skip it because I dun know the real order I want to put it together.
But, the way Akio teaches should be completely understood. You're seeing the beginning lesson, when he needs to gain complete respect (whether it comes from fear or not) from his students. He's teaching them to become great
soldiers. Tough love baby.
