Ahem u can colour the image in blue and as a bg you can use some clouds brushes
Idk if Photoshop works like GIMP but u can create a white image then full it with a light blue use the brushes of clouds in white. Then paste the image of u r friend and erase what you don't want leaving just the ff8 characters, the colou them in a dark blue or smth like that!
