I would say a thread only about women would be fair only because there's still equal opportunity for a male-only thread to be made; whether or not the female (or gay male) members take advantage of that doesn't make the women-only thread sexist.
I believe a thread for only Women pictures is a good thing because women are beautiful, men are hair and lumpy.
